By booking a treatment, purchasing a gift card, or using this website, you agree to these terms. They form the contract between you (our guest) and GlowSkin Studio London, trading at 14 Marylebone Lane, London W1U. If anything here isn't clear, email us before you book — we're happy to talk it through.
Appointments are confirmed only after a specialist has reviewed your request and replied by email — typically within 24 hours. If you have not received a confirmation, your slot has not been secured. First-time clients complete a brief skin questionnaire before their visit; this allows us to prepare the room and select the right products for your skin.

Payment for treatments is taken at the studio on the day of your visit by card or contactless. Prices displayed on our site include VAT. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase, are non-refundable, and can be redeemed against any treatment or retail product.
Our treatments are performed by qualified specialists using medical-grade products. Results vary from person to person and depend on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare advice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and treatments are never a substitute for medical care. Always tell your specialist about medications, allergies, and any recent procedures.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with a treatment is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with exclusively by the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
