To book and deliver treatments we collect only what we need: your name, email address, phone number, and the treatment or concern you tell us about. If you complete a skin consultation, we also record notes about your skin (allergies, sensitivities, product history) so your specialist can care for you safely across visits.

Our website uses privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not store IP addresses in a form that identifies you, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Your details are used to:

• Confirm and prepare for your appointment.
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and aftercare notes.
• Tailor treatments and product recommendations to your skin.
• Respond to messages you send through our chatbot or contact form.

We only send marketing emails if you have explicitly opted in, and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Booking data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Only members of the GlowSkin team who need your details to serve you can see them. Payment information is handled by our payment processor and is never stored on our servers.

We use a small number of first-party cookies to remember your booking preferences during a session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies at any time from your browser settings without affecting your ability to browse the site.

Client treatment records are kept for as long as you remain an active client and for up to six years after your last visit, in line with UK healthcare-adjacent record-keeping guidance. Marketing consent records are deleted within 30 days of you unsubscribing.

Under UK GDPR you may request a copy of the data we hold about you, correct any inaccuracies, ask us to delete your information, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@glowskinstudio.com. We respond within 30 days.
